I've recently been practicing different types of meditation and breathing exercises to tackle my anxiety. I've gotta be honest, for a while I didn't think it was something that I could do or that would help me. I'm still not an expert on meditation tactics, and I definitely have a long way to go, I've learned some things along the way on how to get better at the process. One of the things is music. So whether you're trying to meditate more, or need a playlist that helps you relax and get more headspace, I've made one that have some of my favorite songs to meditate to.
